Highly recommend x-cart

We are long-time x-cart users, also providing support to a number of clients running x-cart. X-Cart support, as provided by Eugene Bikulov during a recent issue with a new server, was such that it needs comment.

Access to support at a top level, on a complex and complete shopping cart, is one of the important reasons we continue to recommend x-cart to marketing clients. In our experience, ecommerce applications are not supported directly by the developers, (if that becomes needed), when the particular installation has been extensively customized by the user. X-cart has been the exception to that, and we appreciate it.
