It looks like you’re missing the index.php file. Just download WordPress again and upload the index.php file to your public_html directory.

It sounds like your host doesn’t provide PHP, which is very common with free hosts. If you’re looking to run your own blog and website on your own server, you’ll need a decent hosting provider, like A Small Orange or these. If you’re just looking to have a free blog, try WordPress.com.

i uploaded evrything in hebrew a wile ago and it was fine.
Now i changed the instalation to english and evrything got
a mess.it dos support php for shure!!!
