Hindi Font Error [NSFW]

Ok guys i am having problem that i am unable to show hindi font on my site

so here is the post where its not showing i mean all the hindi posts

ok now the strange part is at the categroy page its appearing fine

ok i am using this in wp-config

define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8mb4’);

now if i use that comment down trick it shows me ???

so guys please help me to fix this problem
