• I noticed that when I am updating product price or stock quantity from Hippoo app, the Hippoo app is deleting my Brand Attribute.

    Why is it happening so?

    Please do not delete my attribute of Brand.

    We have looked into the issue, and fortunately (or unfortunately), it is not caused by the Hippoo app.

    The Hippoo app only updates the specific properties you edit, such as stock quantity or price, and does not modify other attributes. It is possible that another plugin is interfering when WooCommerce processes API updates. We recommend disabling other plugins and checking if the issue persists.
