**Hire a word press developer** Best Practices

    Hi,

    I have a half finished site and am looking for a developer who can has the designer eye and can code. Or at least has a partner or co-worker who can handle the portion that they are not good at.

    Where do you think the best place is to find a great WP designer/coder at a great price?

    Are there particular questions I should ask to differentiate the scrubs from the pros?
