Hiring a WordPress Dev-PRO ?

    I don’t know if this is the right place to ask. But I have no clue, so I apologize upfront if I am going to offend anyone here.

    I do have a WordPress Blog which is using the TwentyFourteen Theme.
    I would like to optimize my blog for google site speed.

    I am getting pretty bad feedback, especially for the mobile version and I would like to hire a PRO who can actually bring my wordpress page speed to 100/100 points from google website speed.

    If anyone is interested… that would be great.
