History of plug in deletion

Might there be a record available somewhere of when I deleted a plugin? I signed up for a trial period of WPMU plugin, which I did not find useful enough to warrant the high cost. I canceled the service and deleted the plugin, however, I must have made an error in the process, as the charges continued for a number of months. I am filing a dispute with my bank and being able to verify that I did not use the service during the time I was being billed would help with my case. I am using updraft plus for back ups, but only keep the most recent copies of the site.
