    Hi
    Im using the plugin to create a mailing list from a already working publication. So far we did it in word and paste in mail.

    Now its a lot better, but since its a already functioning publication i would like that the newsletter number would match the one we already in.

    Short version, since the publication is already in number 20 i would like to that the [newsletters_historyid] shortcode would match that number, without creating 20 false newsletter till it matches.

    Where can i set the number?

    You can change the auto increment in the database.
    Go to the wp_wpmlhistory database table and follow these steps:

    * Click the “Operations” tab at the top.
    * Under “Table options” there should be a field for AUTO_INCREMENT
    * Input desired value and click the “Go” button below.
