Are you very new to WordPress?
This is a support forum for a specific wordpress plugin. Plugins are like added features to wordpress – like buying a trailer hitch for your car. This plugin connects a WordPress site to Mailchimp. Your theme already does that so you don’t need it. The person who is proving support is doing so for his plugin only. Asking for help here is like driving your car to a trailer installation place and complaining about the engine. Its not the place to be and no one can help you here.

You mentioned Smart Addons in your first post so I assume that is where you purchased it from.
To get support from SW you must put a ticket in their system.
In this case this is the site: https://support.ytcvn.com/
To open a ticket you need to click OPEN A TICKET then choose SMART ADDONS – REPORT AN ISSUE then give them your order number.
Do you have an order number?
Once you enter the info into their system you will get a ticket number via email.

Stop randomly emailing people and posting on support forums.
If that is not working for you go directly to the Smart Addon support page and start a chat with their sales team and they can advise you.

I’m assuming you are just new to WordPress and confused – but if If you have “borrowed” a copy of the theme from someone instead of purchasing it directly from Smart Addons there is no support as you do not have an order number – in this case you need to actually buy a copy.
I will not respond to any further comments – just hoping this gets you pointed in the right direction.
