hits page and range based filtering

When on the hits page (admin.php?page=wps_hits_page), you can select a range to show. However, if I select 3-01-2019 till 3-31-2019, it will come back with the result of the last 30 days (probably because the end date is in the future) *and* the url of the submitted page is admin.php?page=wps_hits_page&rangestart=2019-02-28&rangeend=2019-03-30 (so in fact one day of for start and end). The second problem is probably timezone related (everything in the wordpress backend is always utc, but the date selection is of course for the person selecting it, meaning local time).

Also, it seems that the quick filter “all” in fact shows the last 7 days.
