Hitting enter gives blank page!!

    Hi @monaabdelkader,

    Do you have any caching plugin or server side caching active on your site?
    Please try to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if this issue goes away. Please also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi,

    I don’t have any caching plugins and I deactivated all other plugins one by one to check if there is a conflict between any of them and the Ultimate member plugin, but the problem still exists??
