    Hey,

    Glad you like the plugin.

    Apologies for the delayed response, I don’t appear to be receiving email notifications when someone posts on the forum.

    If you only need to support one language or want to change the labels to something else, I have just released an update that lets you manually customise the labels and placeholders for the form fields.

    Unfortunately, there’s no support for multiple language translation yet, however I am aiming to add it at some point.

    You can get this by grabbing the latest version of my plugin, then scroll down to “Field Label Options” in the plugin settings.

    Any way i can have this plugin twice in two languages?

    But what can I do if I want this plugin support polylang plugin (2 languages)?
