    Hi @masterclass ,

    From what you are describing it means that Cloudinary is not working with custom fonts. Unfortunately, we can’t fix this from our side as it’s something from their end.

    Please reach out to Cloudinary plugin author and ask them to make a compatibility with custom fonts. If we can be of any assistance to get it sorted out we’ll be more than happy to help!
