Hod do i convert plain text links to hyperlinks ?

There’s no way to do that in the core, but there might be plugin. Why not simply create the hyperlink manually either using the button in the Visual editor or using the button in the HTML editor?

Because there are a lot of links in each post and I just can’t change them in each post . In some systems like datalife there are some ways to do this , but i don’t know the core files of wp and I can’t edit them
