Hoffman works on phablets?

Thanks everyone for helping with the full-width pic/vid problem I was having. Now, my site is up and running, but I’m having a different problem.
Hoffman is working great across all the pages in my site on my mac. However, when viewed on my iPad mini, the static front page doesn’t load the featured image. I created the image in google draw, exported it as a jpeg, then loaded it as the featured image on my static page. Again, the page works great on my mac, but when I load it on my iPad, I get an error message saying the site encountered an error when loading and will be reloaded. This happens in a looped manner. The static page’s video and form are loaded fine, but the featured image, does not.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
