Hold stock option don′t cancel the pending orders

Hello dear support,

I would like to thank you for all possible help.

I have woocommerce installed in version 3.1.0 I need to use the hold stock function, however, although the function is activated, my orders never cancel after the defined X minutes.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Is there a plugin that helps force this option?
