Holidays should not have a year

  • Holiday should not have a year since holidays repeat every year. Or at least have an option/toggle to repeat the holiday every year.

    @rigorimpossible I’ll look into changing the functionality in some way to handle public holidays. Some, like Easter, will change their dates and others you may wish to extend depending on the weekdays that the day falls on… so, I’ve left it for website owners to set as they wish, perhaps just once a year.

    Anyway, I’ll consider this and if there’s a neat way to apply it (perhaps like you said, without the year).

    Actually, I was thinking about adding a “copy/paste” function to clone opening hours across weekdays and to different dates for Special Opening Hours.

    I agree to this. Having to add another set of holidays for the next year is kinda a lot of work, especially if there are 20-50 holidays each year. I’m fine having to add again holidays with no specific date each year, at least the work is reduced, not unlike if you have to add all holidays again each year.

    hopefully, you’ll consider this.
