"Home" button – how to put content in it?

Hello,

I was wondering if somebody could tell me how to put content on my “HOME” page. The reason I can’t put any content is because it’s not listed the “Pages” menu. Also, how can I put my menu of pages in the order I want? For example: Home, Testimonials, Pricing etc. But in the order I want. Any ideas?
