Home load default post category

  • Hello!

    I’m working on my portfolio and I would like it to load a default post category at the home page.

    my url is: https://www.viebone.com

    Now, when you enter in my page, it load all the post, but i would like to load the Default post category, that one that you set in ‘settings > writing > Default Post Category’.

    It is posible???

    Is something similar to this: link but loading the category that you set in the admin as your default post category.

    u have to set post page
    and assign that category what u have

    Now I don′t use pages, I have a post and my navigation just filter for categories.

    How I set post page????
