Home page and carousel

Hello everyone,
i have open a website and i want to add carousel.I have carousel code but i dont know where to add it.
Here is it:

After putting it how can i configure it to add recent post automatically.

I’ve another problem.I want in my homepage to have articles from different categories for examla:News and articles of news and then below it another category.
I would be very pleased if you will help me
