Home Page as blog don’t show comments

  • The home page is called “12 aprile 2021” and show a text and a free comment text area.
    Under customize area and Homepage options, it is selected “last article”, instead of “static page”. The home page show the last article (the last article will be the only article of the web site) and we can see the comments only if the comment link will be selected.
    We can’t solve this “simple” problem: how the visitors can see the home page with the text and also the comments opened?
    It’s is preferibile set up the home page as “static page” or “blog page” if the target is the allow the comments of the home page opened to be read.

    I also tried with the home page as “static page” but the comments are not automatically exposed open. Is it possible that you need a plugin to handle this simple option to manage comments?
