    Hi,

I’m not sure exactly when it happened but in the last 2 weeks my homepage broke. For some reason it is showing all the brands in a big space out area. I haven’t added this to the home page.
I do have Neve, WooCommerce, and all my plugins fully updated. I am using Bluehost Servers.

Here’s what the broken page looks like:

Here’s what it looks like in Elementor Preview:

It’s forcing all the brands into one big long list that is spaced out beyond website dimensions and lists all couple hundred of them, when it should only have 4 images with links to specific categories.

I’ve tried disabling all the plugins except Elementor. I’ve tried switching between Neve Legacy Skin and Neve 3.0. If I switch the Theme to Hestia it works fine. If I preview it on Neve the preview homepage is just blank and doesn’t show anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jenked!

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

I checked your site and it seems that the URL of those images is missing or is not correct, their path is not clear – screenshot. Also, please try to deactivate Elementor Pro and check if the issue disappears.

    Have a nice day!

    Thanks for the reply.

I tried deactivated Elementor Pro, and then when that didn’t work Elementor itself. Same problem. I tried deactivating Perfect Brands plugin too (which shouldn’t be touch/affecting that page anyways).

Those pictures are missing, that is correct. But it isn’t supposed to be showing the brands AT ALL. I don’t understand where they are coming from. If you look at my Elementor preview you don’t see any brands listed. Just for images with links to categories. https://snipboard.io/3gCrcG.jpg

None of that is supposed to show up. Instead, it’s listing out all the brands and overriding the other things on the page.

    Hi @jenked!

    Thanks for clarifying!

This is indeed a strange behavior. Please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode and check if the issue disappears this way. If it does, it means it’s caused by a plugin conflict. In this case, you should reactivate the plugins one by one until you find the one that causes the conflict and then replace it with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

Hmmm. It only seems to be a problem when I enable the Neve theme. Works fine otherwise.

Okay I figured it out. Thank you for your help.

The Home Page was not reflecting the Elementor Home Page TEMPLATE I was editing. I was editing the template, and it should have (and used to be) automatically changing the page, but for some reason the template and the page diverged. I don’t understand how changing the theme away from Neve fixed this, but at least it’s working now.

I have now added [elementor-template id=”308″] shortcode to the home PAGE, so if I edit the template it should change too now. Not sure how that got changed, but it was probably me somehow.
