Home Page deathly white screen edit failure

I have had almost enough of this theme failure. My home page failed to allow edit functionality about 2 months ago. We had to copy the page with all SEO data and reinstall it. Now it’s just failed to open up the edit page again. What is going on with this theme provider when as a Pro payer I have no backup support available?
