Home page description not working

  • Hi, I’m not a total newbie when it comes to SEO and this plugin, but there is one thing that isn’t working.

    I setup the description for my website on the Home page’s description meta box (since my Blog and Home are separated out).

    In view source, I can see the meta name="description" content=" meta tag, but now that it’s been there for 3 months, that description still isn’t showing up in Google.

    Yes, I’ve setup Google webmasters and gone through all that, too.

    Thoughts?
