    Hello member, I am a newbee to WordPress. Recently started exploring for my personal website. I am trying to use similar format of the website linked below. Please suggest me If its a wise decision to use WordPress for this kind of design?

  • Sure, WordPress could be used to build such a homepage (or any page design, really). The layout itself should be pretty straightforward with the block editor. The animated bits would require custom code or a plugin.
