Home page doesn’t look like Faith Theme

    I am using the Faith theme to create a church website. I have gone to Appearance>Customize>Home Page settings and selected static page and selected the ‘home’ page for the homepage. When viewing the preview page from the Customize section, I see a homepage that looks like the faith theme (https://demo.ilovewp.com/?theme=faith) meaning it has the logo, slideshow and featured pages at the top, and featured pages with thumbnails at the bottom. But when I go to the live website, my homepage looks like a basic blog. I can’t figure out why it looks different. Please note, this is my first time building a website, I’m not an IT person, so please make explanations as simple as possible. Thank you!!!

    Hello,

    My guess is that you’re not publishing your changes (in the Customizer). Instead of the blue button saying “Publish”, it probably says “Save Draft”.
    Click the gear icon right next to it, and in the dropdown select “Publish” instead.
