Home page duplication

I’ve just created my pilotsom.com website using the Twenty Nineteen theme. It has just 4 pages – Home, About, Contact, Prices. The Home and About appear to have duplicated, they are identical and whenever I edit one of these pages, the edit ends up on both pages! I’m frightened to delete one of these pages as it might delete both.
Help would be much appreciated.
