home page featured didn't change to Arabic

  • Hi,

    I used WPML plugin
    I try to change the home page featured from English to Arabic

    every thing goes very good Main menu,contains …..

    but the home page featured didn’t change to Arabic.

    could you please help me in this matter?

  • Customizr isn’t (yet) compatible with WPML (see here).

    The officially supported plugin is qTranslate. If that is active, then the field names in the Customiz’it menus are lengthened to give you the necessary space to enter several languages. The standard qTranslate shortcodes will work in the slider/featured texts etc. More related resources here: https://www.themesandco.com/?s=Qtranslate

    The author of Polylang has also taken steps to make his/her plugin compatible with Customizr. I personally prefer Polylang’s approach to the multi-lingual sites, as:

    • It uninstalls gracefully (whereas uninstalling qTranslate means you have to sort out all the qTranslate shortcodes lying around);
    • It’s more independent from WordPress upgrades than qTranslate is (so you don’t have to wait for the plugin author to update the code to use it every time there’s an upgrade.
