The issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

Hello, thank you for this information. The problem still occurs after entering troubleshooting mode and all plugins are disabled.

Could you please try to roll back the theme to the previous version and check if it helps? If this doesn’t help, please try to backup your site and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty One, then check if the issue still occurs.

I rolled back to 4 previous versions of Neve. I switched to a default theme and uninstalled Neve completely. I installed a couple of other themes. Activated those then reinstalled Neve. No change on the home page. The other pages still show fine.

Hi @luciamarinescu! I decided to use Customizer to what effect making edits there would have. Not sure what happened, but the home page shows fine now!
