Go to Dashboard Admin Panel >> Posts >> Add new post.

Now add title, description, featured image and save the changes.

Now Go to Customizer >> Matrix Options >> Slider.

Now select post which you created.

Now save the chnages.

Note: Please use colored image with size 1440*500 px or higher.

Please which device you are talking. can you provide the device resolution?

You can also try this:

.carousel-inner > .item > img{
	width: 100%;
}

First try this. if not working then try below line of code snippet instead

of above:

.carousel-inner > .item > img{
	width: 100% !important;
}

Save the changes.
