Home page is displaying another page

I am new to WordPress and am trying to make changes to a site created by someone else.
I have changed to the twentyeleven template. I noticed that the Weave page is showing as the Home page. I redid the Home page but the Weave info is still showing on that page.
I dont know what to do!
I cant see anything within the admin panel that is causing this – except that the Home page has Custom against it, and the other pages have Page against them.
Please can someone help me with this.
