    Hello there,

I am hoping someone can shed some light on my issue. When I have the appointment shortcut code implemented on my home page (in case), when I visit my Website it goes directly to the appointment section, it’s like it’s acting like some anchor of some sort.

Anyone experiencing this issue as well?

    Thank you

Hello @itspaul, thanks for reaching out to us! We are currently working on a fix for the page jumping to the booking form issue. This seems to be affecting the newer booking app, and the fix is currently in QA. Once it passes QA, we can then release the fix and we’ll let you know immediately when to update ??

@cyn92, wow thanks for the prompt reply. Perfect thanks for confirming its a bug, I was going crazy trying to figure out the issue. Would you happen to know an ETA on the release? Asking if I should delay the start launch or not. Btw the Google sync option works great, worth the upgrade as well.

    Thank you

@itspaul we hope to have a fix released next week. In the meantime, you could try going to SSA > Settings > Developer and disabling the new booking app temporarily. If that resolves the issue, you could certainly launch that way and switch back to our newer booking app after the fix is released.

    Thanks,

Hello @itspaul, good news! We have included the fix for this in our most recent editions. Can you try updating to the latest edition to see if that resolves the jumpy issue?

@croixhaug, thank you, that did the trick.

@cyn92, are you sure its resolved? I just took an update and re-enabled the “new booking app” and the issue came back. The change log update did not indicate this issue was resolved.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

I know this this thread is somewhat old, but I just upgraded to the Pro license and the page jumping exists in the pro version as well. I have disabled the “newer booking app” and it did not resolve my issue.

Can you confirm you can replicate this issue on your end?

    Thank you

Hello @itspaul, that’s quite strange, I’m not seeing the issue anymore on the page when I visit it. Were you able to perform a hard refresh of the page and browser to see if it was a caching issue?

If so, can you please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further troubleshooting?
