    Hello – I am having difficulty with our home page layout as it is not displaying correctly and am wondering what the cause could be and how we can resolve. Drop down menus now look like outlines and our image layout is all over the place… any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!

    looks like a possible theme problem.
    what is the most recent change you made?

    hi lisa – actually none; we rarely tinker with the site (unless adding products) but nothing really developer related; do you have suggestions on how we can restore to the previous layout?

    do you have a backup copy of your files and database?
    do you have a backup copy of the activated theme?

    *not sure about files & database backup… if we do; where would these typically be stored?
    *also not sure theme backup…

    are these located somewhere specifically on the wordpress dashboard?

    To find out where your files are stored, contact webhosting support team. (?godaddy?)
    The folder with the theme would be in the directory WP-Content in your webhosting cPanel area.

    If a backup tool (plugin) is installed — then the storage area would depend on the tool in use
    If the hosting company is creating backups — then contact the webhosting support team
