Home page nav menu showing up as #98 (not title)

Hi all,
I’m working on a WP site offline, and the landing page in the nav menu is coming up as #98 (no title). As far as I can see, in the ‘Edit page’ section, it is named ‘Home’, as well as the Menu section, and in the Customise menu.

The only section it shows as ‘no title’ is in the Customise menu where up the top on the left pane, it says “You are customising (Untitled).
I’ve gone through all the editing pages I know of and it’s named ‘Home’ in all of them but still shows up on the nav menu as having no title.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
