home page not updating

  • Hello, I installed nginx from WHM cpanel and I have this configuration on the server
    cloudflare +varnish port 80 + nginx port 8080 + apache port81
    it turns out that with the plugin and without the plugin my categories are cleaned correctly but my home page is not cleaned

    Well, I can’t get the plugin to remove the home page and something else.

    I have a category called international and a sub category called america and when I publish in the america category the main category “international” is not updated
