• My blog shows 8 posts in home page… Sidebar shows 10 of them, and then an archive by months.

I wonder if there is a way to page home page to load 8 more posts (or scroll back and forth)… so the user can effectively browse through the posts …, My blog has no more than 20 posts, 30 maybe in a year from now…

    thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @amc4042,
Sorry for the delay! In Settings > Reading you can increase the “Blog pages show at most”. Does this work for you?

Thanks, well, the idea for my blog (not many posts, 20 or 30) was to hand them all in a list or gallery. So, seeing 8 of them in the home page suggested that the previous/next page would be a solution (in total, 4 pages = 32 posts).
But if this functionality is not available, no problem. It is not that important and perhaps I can try the Carousel or create a Page with links to all posts / (kind of Table of Contents)

Pagination is available for the homepage! Rather than setting your homepage as the latest posts page from Settings > Reading, enable Latest Blog Posts in the homepage Layout Manager in Theme Options > Home Layout. Then you should get pagination under your posts. Let me know if that’s not the case for you!

Yes, thanks, this seems to work. But there is still an issue.
My home page shows two columns of post-excertps (and nail-images), I don’t how I got to do that.
Conversely, when I get to show pagination, the 2-columns are gone, and only shows 1 column. It might be useful, but I would prefer to keep the 2-columns (so, twice the number of post excerpts visible at first glance).

I can’t remember how I tackled the number of columns.
    thanks

    Hey,
The free version of the theme doesn’t have this option like the premium version does. You can use css to make the layout two column when adding pagination. I would be happy to help with the css if needed.

    Best,
    Hannah
