Home page problem – please help!

I apologize in advance for my ignorance, but I am new to this.
This website is not yet live, but when I’m working in WP and I go to the home page, this is what appears: https://66.147.244.245/~amicoinc/
BUT, I want the actual “home page” to appear as the home page (i.e. this: https://66.147.244.245/~amicoinc/home/ )
Can someone please help? I hope that makes sense. I don’t understand the discrepancy.
