Home page redirect error requires Polylang cache reset

Dear Chouby
one of clients is using Polylang extensively on a multisite. Their home page on the landing site gets redirected to an internal page when a change is made to the a translation or an additional content is added. The only way to get the home page back is to refresh the Polylang cache (saving the settings options).
This has happened twice. I can’t figure out what is happening. Could it be that the translations in the DB are corrupted?
My client is happy to purchase a pro-license to rectify this, would you be able to provide extensive support to fix this issue?
