Home page – remove underline from company name & double underline from hyperlink

I would be grateful for help with the homepage:

1. Code to remove the underline from company name
2. Code to remove the double underline from hyperlinks (make a single underline)
3. Code to remove the white border around photographs
4. Code to remove extra white space from above the Welcome and from above the footer.
5. Code to make photographs all the same size and is there a plugin to make them different shapes?
