Home Page Setting / Slider Setting Not working

Hi: overall Nice Beautiful Clean attractive and professional looking theme.

I love this theme.
I am moving from a theme to this theme but some of the main features of this theme is not working which are as follows
1. theme options Homepage Settings / Slider Settings not working.
2. Theme options / Homepage Settings / Blocks Settings not working.
3. Theme options / Homepage Settings / Editor Pick Setting not working.
My site is educational and has almost 150 images. Which is still under construction mode.
This theme is really fantastic
