• W3 Total Cache is causing some weird problems on this site:
    https://ibstreatmentcenter.com

Under Reading settings, I have set the front page to display the page named Home, and posts to appear on the page named Blog. However, every once in a while I go to the site and find that the home page is displaying the blog. Even weirder is that it isn’t always displaying the most recent blog post – sometimes it starts with one from a few weeks ago. Every time this problem happens, I empty the cache and it goes back to displaying the home page correctly.

Has anyone seen this behavior before? Is there something I can change in my settings to stop this from happening? I have already turned on the setting for “don’t cache front page” and that hasn’t helped.

    Thanks!

  • First of all I would like to advice you not to use Database Cache if you are not on Dedicated or VPS hosting. I have seen this causing a lot of problems with many users.

My web host is complaining that the site’s CPU usage is too high, so I need to keep the database cached.

Please submit a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin so that Frederick Townes can do some investigation for your problem. To report a bug, go to the W3TC settings menu in your admin and select the Support link. Then select Submit Bug.
