Home page showing correctly when logged in as admin only

  • When I am logged in as admin my home page looks just fine however if I am logged out or when viewing the home page on another device or different browsers, the home page is formatted all wrong. It seems to be only the home page that is affected.

    Around 7 days ago I did uninstall all plugins when trying to troubleshoot another issue. I use Elementor and I did uninstall and then reinstall that. Have had issues since then with all pages. All other pages look back to normal now (on its own it did that) but the home page is still a mess.

    This is a screen shot from my phone using Chrome (cleared broswer data). Both my home page and blog page has lost all of its formatting and I see now the blog page does not show any posts written this year.
