Home Page shows up instead of Form

    When I put the link to the form on a page, it does not show up. When I click to view the form, the home page for my website comes up. I changed the permalink settings to the plain links and before, the 404 error page came up, but now the home page comes up instead when I click to view the form. However, in the description of the form that shows all of my google forms, I can see some of the information from the form, just not the form itself.

    It sounds like you are running into a problem with new Google Forms. Google has made a significant changed to forms which makes them incompatible with the plugin. Fortunately you can downgrade a form so it will work correctly.
