    Sorry, but front page has a special styling in Receptar. This was designed specifically to distinguish the page from the subpages.

    Can you explain what “when I first set it up it”? As there is no way the front page looked like the subpage ??

    But actually, try to use a Beaver Builder plugin to build the front page. You can make it fullwidth and then split the content into 2 columns and use an image background for one of the columns. Would this do?
