home page stuck on a given post

Hi,

I’ve googled, and noticed it’s not a rare case, but the solutions I found, doesn’t seem to work.

I’ve deactivated, and reactivated, both the templates, and plugins, I’ve set the fornt page display to “Your latest posts”, and “Full text”, but keep having the same post in home page.
I also created a new static page, with the right setting in “reading” section, and back to “Your latest posts”.

I am using twentyeleven with mostly css customization.
