Home page title changing to random post title on update

    Hi,

    With latest plugin version home page title changes to random post name when we edit and save home page.

    When we shift back to previous version ( v1.9.8), no such renaming.

    Confused with exact situation of its occurrence ?? as everything works fine with new test set up.

    Any idea why this might be happening?

    Missed to mention, no plugins those could effect title ( like SEO ) are installed.

    Never mind! Resolved.

    I had the same thing when a category filter display plugin I was using was installed and then I went to edit something in Elementor

    SOLVED

    Make sure all your widgets/shortcodes that use WP_Query use wp_reset_postdata(); at the end instead of wp_reset_query();

    Was pulling my hair out looking for this solution.
