Seems the Woo store has attached itself to the home page. Tried all the troubleshooting and when Woo is deactivated it goes away. This is a real problem as now it seems to be a redirect. Tried changing and resetting the permalinks and it keeps defaulting back to the Woo settings

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Admittedly I don’t quite understand the issue here – what do you mean by the Woo store has attached itself to the homepage? I’ve had a look at https://kindnessatwork.us/?v=f24485ae434a but couldn’t immediately see the regular woo products listings on the homepage – Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your side?

Also, have you checked that your store page is defined in your WooCommerce settings under **WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General > Shop pages > Select – Shop page**?

The store link is attached at the end of the main domain name URL https://kindnessatwork.us/ not https://kindnessatwork.us/?v=f24485ae434a

?v=f24485ae434a If you run the link through GtMetrix it gives the details

    Woo Store

Let’s see now It has been 1 month since my last response. Does this mean that there is no solution for this issue? As of now, I have two websites carrying that extension at the ends of the URLs

Or is it that this issue is just getting ignored? What’s up fellas?

Ok here is an addition to whats happening on the second website.

This is what woo is adding to the end of this domains URL
    https://rosboundy.com.au/?swcfpc=1

Because of this, it’s triggering a known Chrome bug here
    ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

This is blocking a live chat widget from loading called “Manychat”
And By following this article I found about the ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME here https://net-informations.com/q/mis/scheme.html
I found that by deleting the “?swcfpc=1” from the URL that Woo is adding the “Many Chat” chat box pops up as it should.

So now I have two websites with this issue
Why is this extension getting added to the URLs? and how many more of my websites am I going to have this problem with using Woo?

    Hi @art137,

Just a heads up, I’ll close this thread in favor of the more recent one (on the same issue) that you started here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/2-websites-same-issue/

    Thanks.
