Home page widget and link not chnaging

    If i connect to my dashboard, i do some mods, the mods do not appear on the homepage such as widget sidebar or the headers links, i add them in the dashboard but the change didnt appear on the page.

    like ; ive shorten the salle des nouvelles link to nouvelles and add forum link the change do not appear on the page but all is ok on the dashboard
    ive empty cache. ive just change host and move file 2 days ago and have that problem since that time.
