Home Page Will Not Change

    I am having a problem with my WordPress site not changing when I set the static home page. It continues to use the default page (which I’m not even sure where it is coming from). When I click edit page, it goes to the admin side of the page that I DO want, but when I click view page, it takes me to this other home page. I have cleared caches all over the place to try to get it right, I’ve disabled 3rd party plugins, and I’ve searched for help, but nothing seems to be working. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

    It would be very nice to other WordPress users who visit this forum to have a clue on what have you done to solve your situation. If possible, give us all a clue on what you did, so we all will learn a bit more.
