Home page will NOT SCALE properly on iPad

  • Hey everyone
    I cannot express how frustrating this is but I cannot figure out why my home page on this site will NOT scale properly.
    When viewed on an iphone everything looks great.
    When viewing on a browser everything looks great.
    The second you look on an iPad the home page is blown up but the content page looks great.

    I have tried everything I can imagine to try and figure out WHAT is causing the issue. And I just cant figure it out.
